Simply, our primary hosting server suffered a double-raid failure over the weekend. Our sysadmin was able to rebuild using our backups however he had to rename the server. That being said, this is still the SAME server at the SAME IP address, the name has simply had the letter "A" appended to the end of the server name.
However, ever since our Enterprise Forms installations are showing as not having a valid key. I have sent 2 emails (first was sent at 7pm EST 3/9/2008), and filed one ticket to get a new key generated and have not recieved a reply in nearly 20hrs. We need to get this resolved A S A P, please.
