You must be logged on to see all the available Form Templates.

Use the following predefined accounts to create/edit form templates:

 User:  formcreator      Password:  password

 User:  formapprover   Password:  password

 User:  formuser         Password:  password

Be sure to also review the User Manual on how to get started.

Note that these user accounts have the same access levels and are provided for the purpose of using Enterprise Forms demo.  You will not be able to receive email notifications with these accounts.  To recieve email notifications from Enterprise Forms on changes to form template and submission please Register with your own account.
