Edit Custom Form Roles provides the ability to create and maintain Custom Form Roles for the selected form template.

Functionalities available within this screen
• Add new Custom Form Role
• Edit existing Custom Form Role
• Delete existing Custom Form Role

Add new Custom Form Role
• Provide a value for the Custom Form Role name. Note this field is mandatory marked by (
) image
• Provide an optional text for the Description property
• Confirm the Form Template name display is the current form template
• N/A is displayed for the Role ID property as this is a new Custom Form Role
• Click on the Update button to add new Custom Forms Role
Edit existing Custom Form Role
• Click on the Edit image (
) for the selected Custom Form Role from the list of Available Custom Form Roles
• Modify the Role Name and/or Description properties
• Confirm the Template Name is the current form template
• Role ID is a valid numeric number
• Click on the Update button to apply changes
Delete existing Custom Form Role
• Click on the Delete image (
) for the selected Custom Form Role from the list of Available Custom Form Roles
• Click Ok to in the confirmation box to proceed with the delete process, otherwise click Cancel
Modify Sort Order for Custom Form Roles List
• To sort on how Custom Form Roles list should be displayed, click on the header name link button for the required column to sort
• How the list is being sorted is indicated the by red arrows (
) next to the column header name. The red arrow pointing down indicates the list is being sorted in descending order for the selected column. The red arrow pointing up indicates the list is being sorted in ascending order for the selected column.
TIP:
Sort ordering of Custom Form Roles list is personalized thus the next time the user gets back to this screen the sort order will be remembered.
Modify Paging Size for Custom Form Roles List
• In the Records Per Page field, select a page size from the list of available sizes. This action re-orders the list and displays form template records up to the size selected.

Navigate between pages in Custom Form Roles List
• To navigate between pages of the Custom Form Roles list, click on the required number link button displayed at the bottom bar of the list.
