The Edit Options screen provides user with the ability to assign a published form template to the Form Workflow Manager instance and set associated properties

Functionalities available within this screen include
• Assign published form template to use
Assign published form template to use
• Select an item from the list of available Published Form Templates. Each list item include the template name and its current version number
• Select Display Template Details property option if required to display additional form template details on top of the form layout
• Select Hide Required Images property option if required to hide associated Required Images (
) for form fields with Required Validation selected. If selected, validation will still be perform upon form submission.
• Select Show New Form property option if required to show New Form link button
• Select Show My Forms property option if required to show My Forms link button
• Select Show Worklist property option if required to show Worklist link button
• Select Show All Forms property option if required to show All Forms link
• Select Show Search property option if required to show Search link
• Select an item from the Workflow Manager Page property to set the URL location to be included in email notifications. The list display any portal page which has an instance of the Workflow Manager module included.
TIP:
Only one published form template can be assigned with an instance of the Data Collection Manager module. Thus for any amount of published form templates are required to be utilized, that same amount of Data Collection Manager instances are required to be added to the same or different portal page.
