View Access Log provides a mechanism for users with Administrator or Super User privileges to view the complete history of user access on form instances. View Log Access is only available if logging is activated for individual workflow states.

Start Date |
Start Date of the search period. By default the Start Date is pre-populated 1 weeks prior to today's date |

End Date of the search period. By default the End Date is pre-populated with today's date |

Access Type |
The type of access on the form instance
When selected Enterprise Forms performs an exact match of the selected value. |

Workflow State |
The workflow state at which the form is being accessed. This list is automatically populated with all the associated workflow state of the form template. When selected Enterprise Forms performs an exact match of the selected value. |

Page Name |
Name of the Portal Page to search. When provided Enterprise Forms performs a search on the portal page name that contains the provided value. |

User Display Name |
Display Name of the User to search. When provided Enterprise Forms performs a search on the Display Name of the user that contains the provided value. |

TIP:
| • | When page is referred from the Form Template Usage Information screen, system will automatically perform a search using the provided criteria with pre-populated in the Page Name field. |
| • | When page is referred from the Edit Workflow State screen, system will automatically perform a search using the provided criteria with pre-populated date in the Access Type and Workflow State fields. |
| • | It is possible to change the default sort criteria on the return search result by clicking on the appropriate columns in the result grid |
| • | It is possible to change the number of rows to display per result page by changing the Record Per Page property. |
