A quick way to get started with Enterprise Forms is to use an existing form templates available from Longnhi.com (http://www.longnhi.com/SampleForms/Downloads/tabid/88/Default.aspx)
• Download from the available sample form templates and import to your portal via the Export/Import screen.
• Or Review the instructions provided here on how to create a form template.
TIP:
In order to import form templates, the user must be assigned Form Creator access role via the Settings screen.
