Multi-template support for Workflow Manager module has been added in Enterprise Forms 5.0 after a significant number of requests from our customers.  Using the feature is similar to how it was done in prior versions of Enterprise Forms.  All configurations are done within the Edit Options screen as shown below

Once configured form instances for the selected form templates will appear as in the case for single-template mode

Note, there are a number of features that are not available in multi-template mode but available in single-template mode

• Form Search - this feature is not availabe in multi-template mode
• New Form - this feature is not availabe in multi-template mode
• Data Export - this feature is not available in multi-template mode

However from within the multi-template mode it is possible to instantly switch to single template mode from the available template selection list ash shown in the image below where the Main Job Application form template is selected.  Once selected, New Form and Data Export feature will be available for use. 

In multi-template mode My List, Worklist and All Forms worklist are still accessible as in the single-template mode.

In multi-template mode, it is possible to select specific form templates to change to single-template mode.
