Reminder Notification

Reminder Notification is the ability to send an email reminder to a group of selected users, depending on users granted privileges, when a form has not been actioned after a specified period or date. 

As an example where this feature could be used, say there a Job Application form with a workflow that goes from an intial state to Submitted and from once submitted it is then reviewd by a Manager before the the application is set to Accepted or Rejected.  Reminder Notification could be set at the Submitted state whereby we could configure the system to send a reminder notification to the Manager if he/she has not actioned the form 2 days after it has been Submitted for review.

To utilize Reminder Notification the feature is required to be enabled at the Host level before it could be activated at the form level by the form designers.  Activation of the feature at host level is done via the Advanced Portal Features screen (accessible from the Form Template Manager menu) as shown below.

Once Reminder Notification has been activated at the host level, form designers can now enable the feature at the form template level via the Workflow screen (accessible from the Form Template Manager --> Form Template Details --> Workflow --> Reminder Settings) as shown below
