Template Usage Dashboard is a new feature in version 5.0.  The usage template dashboard provides an overview of how and where the form template is being used by the Data Collection, Workflow and Report Manager modules.  In addition it also shows a total count of unique form instances for the form template. 

The Template Usage dashboard is available from the Form Template Details screen of the Form Template Manager module (shown below).

From the template usage dashboard, it is also possible to view and access the individual portal pages where Enterprise Forms module instances reside.  In addition, access to the View Access Log is also available.  View Access Log screen provides a mechamisn to view all access entries form instances.

The template usage dashboad is only visible to users with Administrator or Super User privileges only.
