Features 05.00.00
View Access Log

The ability to track write access to form instances have been inplace in Enterprise Forms since the initial release.  Until recent release we have also added the ability to track view access to the forms.  However the ability to view these log entries have not been implemented.

In version 5.0 we have added this important feature in Enterprise Forms known as View Log Access.  To enable logging the individual states in the form must have the two properties "Log Read Access" and "Log Write Access Enabled".  By default these two properties are not enabled and must be explicitly granted by the designer

The above image shows the log access properties (Log Read Access & Log Write Access) for a particular workflow state from the Edit State screen (accessible from Form Template Manager --> Form Template Details)

Once these properties are selected the ViewAccess Log link will appear as shown below

In addition View Access Log is also accessible from the Template Usage Dashboard (accessible from the Form Template Details screen)

The View Access Log screen provides an overview of where and when the form instances were accessed.  The interface is very similar to the DotNetNuke core Site Log functionality.  Search on the individual logging properties is available.

Additionally when mouse hovering over the "More..." text you can see additional infor about the URL, Browser Agent and other useful information as shown below.
