Data Collection Manager (DCM) has been designed for the single purpose of collection data via a published Form Template.  Each instance of Data Collection Manager module is associated with single Form Template, thus a DotNetNuke® portal can have as many instances of Data Collection Manager module as required.  Once a published Form Template is assigned, The Data Collection Manager creates an instance of the Form Template and displays in the module.  The following provide a detailed list of Data Collection Manager features
