Form Template Manager (FTM) has been designed specifically to create and maintain Form Templates layout as well as Form Template workflows.  Form Template Manager is contained within its own DotNetNuke module providing users with the flexibility of accessing Enterprise Forms entities from separate self contained module.  The following provide a detailed list of Form Template Manager features
 
Form Template Manager

•     Has a built-in workflow for the process of creating Form Templates
•     User can list form templates if the user is assigned with appropriate roles
•     User can create new form templates if the user is assigned with appropriate roles
•     User can view and edit existing form templates if the user is assigned with appropriate roles
•     Users with appropriate roles is notified via email of form template changes that might require further action such as Form Template approval, Form Template publishing, Form Template Amendment
•     Users with System Administrators/Superusers role can manage Form Template Security Manager Settings
•     Users with Enterprise Forms Approvers/Publisher role can import and export form templates
•     Create workflow specifically for the form template
•     Progress the form template through to stages in the designer workflow before it can be used by the Data Collection Manager and/or Form Workflow Manager
•     Track changes to the workflow
•     Automated email notification of changes to Form Template creators/publishers/approvers
•     Conditional Visibility - the ability to hide show pages and fields based on the value of another form field
•     Conditional Binding - the ability to dynamically load data from a database source based on the value of another field

Form Template Security Manager Settings

•     Assign and map Systems roles with defined Enterprise Forms roles for creating and maintaining Form Templates
•     Assign and map System roles with custom Enterprise Forms roles for using and accessing instances of the Form Template

Form Template Custom Roles

•     Creates new custom roles for the form template
•     Maintain existing custom roles for the form template

Form Template Designer

•     Create and modify form template designer layout with a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor
•     Support multiple pages in a Form Template
•     Provides custom placements of support fields (HTML, Label, Text box, Text Area, Single Check Box, Single Radio Box, Check List, Radio Box List, Drop Down List) anywhere on the form template layout.
•     Supports unlimited number of fields combinations in a form template
•     Provides drag-and-drop functionality on create fields
•     Fields with extensible attributes that can easily customized
•     Label fields can have Default values such as User Name, Portal Name, User IP address and a number of others
•     Input fields can be marked as Searchable fields that can be used by the Form Workflow Manager module to search for collected data
•     Provides the flexibility of adding CSS styles to fields to improve the look and feel on form template layout

Form Template Workflow and States Manager

•     Create and maintain workflow states for the form template
•     Create and maintain workflow steps for the form template
•     Supports a Form workflow with unlimited number of states in a workflow (with a minimum of 2 states)
•     Provides optional emails notification to assigned users on individual states in the workflow
•     Assign custom security roles for individual workflow steps

Form Template Import and Export

•      Provides users with appropriate roles to Import and Export Form templates for migration between different environments
•     Provides Superusers with the ability to delete unwanted Form Templates
